The roof. The panel. The water damage they quoted off of. Reps add up to ten photos, or a quick 15-second video, on their phone, attached straight to the sales recording. So the call and what the rep saw finally live in one place.

Why it matters
You can hear the rep nail the pitch, but you can’t see the 30-year-old roof they were standing under. Put the photos and video on the recording and the whole appointment finally makes sense, for coaching it, closing it, and backing it up later.
You weren’t in the living room. The photos and video show you what the rep saw, so your feedback is about this roof and this panel, not generic advice.
No more texting pics and clips to the office or scrolling a rep’s camera roll for the one that matters. Every photo and video sits on the appointment it came from.
A photo-and-video record of what the home looked like at the appointment. Back up the quote, settle “it was already like that,” and protect your rep when a story changes.
Caught in the moment
The condition that justified the price is right there at the appointment, not something to dig up from memory three days later. On the “How did it end?” screen, the rep taps “Add photos or video” and grabs the photos and clips from their camera roll. Done before they’re back in the truck.
Captured at the door, not pieced together later
A few taps from the camera roll, no separate app to open
Works the same on iPhone and Android
Back at the office
No group texts, no shared drive nobody updates, no “which house was this again?” The rep adds the photos and video on their phone; you open the recording on your computer and it’s all already there, right next to the grade, ready to coach from or pull into a win/loss review.
Each photo and clip already sits on the appointment it came from

More than photos
A still can’t show the active drip, the heat exchanger rattling, or the homeowner’s face when the number lands. Reps can drop in up to five short clips, 15 seconds each, on the same recording, right next to the photos.
Plays back full screen, right inside the recording.
From the driveway to the dashboard
No exporting, no emailing photos to the office, no “which job was this again?” The photos and video a rep takes at the appointment end up on the right recording, ready for the manager to review.
01
Right after the pitch, the rep taps add and selects the photos and clips that matter, the old roof, the cracked panel, the active leak they quoted off of.
02
Everything uploads in the background while the rep drives to the next stop. It keeps going on its own if the signal drops, so nothing gets left behind.
03
They land in the recording’s gallery, right next to the grade. The manager opens the call and sees exactly what the rep was looking at.
Private to your company
Only people on your account can open them.
Yours, and only yours
A homeowner’s roof, their electrical panel, the inside of their garage, that’s sensitive. Every photo and clip your team adds is private to your company. There’s no public link anyone could stumble onto, and it only shows up for the people on your account.
Walled off by company
Your photos and video are never visible to other companies using AdaptClose.
No shareable URL
Photos and clips open inside AdaptClose for your team, there’s no link to leak or forward by accident.
On the right job, every time
A photo or clip only appears once it’s fully uploaded, attached to the appointment it came from.
The fine print
Photos and video attach to a sales recording, not to a user’s profile. Profile pictures and avatars aren’t part of this feature today, rep initials stand in for a headshot across the app.
Common questions
Up to ten photos and five short video clips per recording. AdaptClose tells the rep right away if they hit the limit, so there’s no surprise later.
Yes, that’s where it almost always happens. When the rep wraps the appointment and marks how it ended, the “Add photos or video” section is right there. They pick the shots from their camera roll and tap Save. Managers can also add a few more later from the web.
Both, video is built right into the same “Add photos or video” step. Reps can attach up to five short clips, 15 seconds each, which is plenty for an active leak, a quick walkaround, or the homeowner’s reaction to the price. The clips play back full screen on the recording, right next to the photos.
Everything still goes through. Photos and clips upload on their own once the phone gets signal again, so a bad connection in someone’s driveway never means a lost file. Anything that hasn’t finished uploading never holds up the call from being graded.
On the recording itself. When you open the call in the dashboard, the photos and clips sit right next to the grade, click any one to view it full screen. The conversation and what the rep was looking at live in the same place, so you’re not digging through texts or someone’s camera roll to coach the deal.
Only your team. They’re private to your company’s account, there’s no public link, and nothing is ever shared with other companies on AdaptClose. It all shows up for the people on your account who can already see that recording.
Not right now. Photos and video attach to an appointment recording, not to a rep’s profile. Throughout the app, reps show up by their initials instead of a headshot.
