Subprocessors

Last updated June 4, 2026

AdaptClose (“we,” “us,” or “our”) uses a number of third-party companies (“subprocessors”) to help us provide, operate, secure, and improve our services (“Services”). A subprocessor is a third party that processes personal information on our behalf under our instructions and a written contract. This page lists our current subprocessors and is referenced by our Privacy Policy.

Each subprocessor is engaged under a written agreement that requires it to process personal information only to provide services to us, to keep it confidential, and to maintain appropriate security measures. We do not authorize our subprocessors to use your recordings, transcripts, or other personal information for their own purposes, including training their general-purpose AI models.

Table of Contents

1. Current subprocessors

The table below lists the subprocessors we currently use, the service each provides, and the categories of personal information each may process on our behalf.

We also rely on infrastructure and hosting providers that support the services above. Each subprocessor publishes its own privacy notice and security information on its website, which we encourage you to review.

2. Processing locations and international transfers

Our subprocessors may process personal information in the United States and, in some cases, in other countries where they or their own infrastructure providers operate. Where personal information is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards and transfer mechanisms as required by applicable law (such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, where relevant).

3. Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

If you are a business customer and require a Data Processing Addendum (DPA) to govern our processing of personal information on your behalf — including the subprocessor terms described here — please contact us at support@adaptclose.com and we will provide our standard DPA.

4. Changes and notification

We may add, remove, or replace subprocessors as our Services evolve. When we do, we will update this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Business customers who have signed our DPA may request to be notified of material changes to our subprocessor list in accordance with that agreement.

5. Contact us

If you have questions about our subprocessors or wish to request our DPA, you can email us at support@adaptclose.com or write to us at:
