HighLevel integration
AdaptClose grades the appointment, posts the call summary to the HighLevel contact and moves the deal to the right stage. Nobody retypes anything.
How it works
The owner sets it up once. After that, reps record appointments the way they already do.
The owner signs in with their HighLevel login and picks the sub-account. That one connection covers the whole company. AdaptClose matches your reps to their HighLevel users by email or phone.
The rep hits record at the appointment. They search HighLevel by name, email or phone and link the homeowner to the right contact. If the homeowner is new, AdaptClose can create the contact.
AdaptClose grades the call against your sales process. The summary and the top coaching tip post to the contact, and the opportunity moves to the stage the call reached.
What lands in HighLevel
HighLevel (GoHighLevel) is where your office follows up, from the contact timeline and the pipeline. AdaptClose writes to both. Your office reads what happened at the appointment without calling the rep.
After each graded call, AdaptClose posts the call summary and the top coaching tip to the contact as notes. Each note links back to the recording in AdaptClose.
Notes by default. Switch to tasks if your team works from tasks.
The call outcome moves the contact’s opportunity to the right stage in the pipeline you choose and fills in the amount. It can mark the deal won or lost. HighLevel’s revenue reports run on won and lost, so those numbers stay right.
By default it only touches open opportunities, so a deal already won or lost stays put. Turn on reopening if you want a new outcome to move it back.
Updates the existing opportunity. Never creates one.
Reps search HighLevel contacts by name, email or phone and link the homeowner they’re recording.
A homeowner recorded in AdaptClose first can be added to HighLevel as a new contact, assigned to the rep, with the source set to AdaptClose.
Write up to 12 questions for each pipeline stage. Your office needs different answers at Estimate Sent than at Won Bid. AdaptClose answers the questions for the stage the call lands in, using only what was said, and posts the answers as a note on the contact.
A question the call didn’t cover is marked that way, so nobody mistakes a guess for an answer. Stages without their own questions use one shared set.
Off until you turn it on.
Reps are matched for you. AdaptClose pairs each rep with their HighLevel user by email or phone. Change any match on the Members page.
You pick what gets sent. Open HighLevel preferences in AdaptClose to choose what it reads from HighLevel and what it sends back. Turn any of it off.
One roofing appointment
A rep runs an in-home estimate for a roof replacement. Here is what the office sees in HighLevel afterward, without anyone typing it in.

Setup questions
